Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Swashaa tags attached before placing them securely in the original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
